I went to the strip last night just to watch, and I got to see a pretty cool event for the burnout lover in me! This T/A rolls up cammin' a little, but just stock looking pretty much. It takes off long tube loud and looses traction THEN! You think they're gonna lift and then get back on it little easier right? Not this one ph34r.gif

At about 60', the tires are spewing smoke and they never seemed to lift. It smoked the second half of 1st, all of 2nd, and then hit 3rd and stopped boiling them really close to the end. I got to see the car, it had some bolt ons here and there, but the proof was on the paper. Not that low 10, low 60mph 1/8th mile slip, but the over 300hp/tq(peaking on up there a lot closer to 400) at the wheels from under 2,500rpm to over 6,000rpm on the dyno pull from earlier that day. It was on street tires and actually ended up going 9 flat still spinning huge, but not toasting them the whole way. With some tires, it will be a pretty fast car rolleyes.gif !

9 Flat's Ridiculous....My Nokia Phone has a Blue Formula For Wallpaper. It's supposed to be a 9 sec. car. I can't remember where I downloaded it from. Anyone have any clues??? If I knew how, I would paste a picture of it. This was a year ago and have not seen it since on the WEB.

Bet that was a sight to see.

And everyone if you read what BBJ wrote, that flat 9 sec run the car was still spinning huge the whole way, it was wasn't smoking the tires on that run.
