I bought an entire front end hood, bumper support, cover, headlight bar with headlights, frame from shock mounts forward, minus LH fender. He said the front bumper cover was repairable and the headlight bar was in perfect shape. When I arrived to pick it up at his business in Wilmington, NC, the bumper cover was torn top to bottom and is not repairable and the headlight bar was shattered. On verbal agreement he said he would send me a new bumper cover and headlight bar with headlights. I never recieved them.

Through countless emails and phone calls, his response was baiscally, "Too bad so sad." His argument was that for $900 I got a great deal. The deal is fine, but the purchase agreement was not obsolved and EBAY will not do anything for this matter.

My advice to you, stay away from this Ebay seller at ALL COST! His word is not worth a mustang to me.

Did you get your money back or some sort of resolutino?

I did get a lot for the $800 I paid, but not the full deal. He will not answer my calls or emails. His response to our comment was "got whole front less lights cut price in half by 500 bucks still is crybaby???" Part is that I made a small blunder by paying $300 cash and $497 Paypal. Either way the final sale was $955, so If he cut $500 he owes me money or parts.

It is my father's account, so he is still trying to contact Ebay, but I doubt anything will be done. We got screwed once before on ebay trying to buy LT4 heads and got LT1 SS heads instead. Ebay could not find that guy to do anything about it so I am not expecting anything better from Ebay.

Ya sadly enough ebay wont be much of anything, but you can contact paypal and if they belive your story and you have proof they can put a charge back on the recipets account.

it's like I always say: Never buy anything from ebay that you wouldn't mind paying for and not getting.

that sucks, now i have never had a bad time on ebay yet!! i have bought a few cars , snowmobiles and bikes from there and millions of parts too, but i will keep my eyes open, if someone shafted me on there like that i would be knocking there door down and then that guy too

Believe me, I have thought about it. He has a lot of F-body parts, but I would never do business with this guy again. If he can not give what he offers or even promises to your face....
