A cd got stuck in my Kenwood head unit, I did not install it. What do I need to do to remove it so I can take it apart? Do I need some special tools or can I use a screw driver or something? I went to best buy but they only had ford tools.

The trim plate just pulls off. Then there are a few screws that hold the radio in the dash just take those out. You may have enough slack in the wiring harness to take the casing of the radio off to get the cd out.

The player in my van did this a couple of days ago. A pair of tweezers enabled me to pull the cd out without ever removing the radio.
