well I am not goign to get into a long story but I know a guy with a Viper and he was talking to my engine builder and my engine builder said my car could beat his viper.

He bet my engine builder $500

I raced him last weekend on a deserted road in Milford Mass that is about 2 miles totaly straight and the 1/4 is marked off.

He spun a ton and I drove around him. We raced 3 times and I beat him every time. He has WAY too much power to put to the ground and ccannot launch the car.

I simply brake torques my car like I do at the track, ran it in D and out ran him.

On the way h ome we raced on the Highway and he out ran me from around 120MPH up. He pulled hard from 120 and drove away but how many races do you get from 120 MPH?

Just a cool run and he is pissed. He is now working to make the car bit better at launch but I think he makes over 550HP and cannot launch right now on street tires

I bet on slicks he would kill me but on the street he doesn't

it was alot of fun

Yup he paid up. I talked to my engine builder Brian and he said he had $250 for me lol

The guys Viper is a very very nice car! just traction limited at this point. He makes it launch and it will kill me.
