my wife had a bazooka 8" sub tube in her 2005 xB well when we traded that in to get the 06 xB her new car didnt support the bazooka (went from 05-Pioneer to 06-Alpine). I was wondering how hard it is to wire in the bazooka into my stock Monsoon system deck. Can i use the bazooka harness or do i have to strip and tie wires?

i somehow have been pretty good at wiring electronics. you cna make any speaker product or sub product hook up to your deck its a matter of how you want to do it. you could do it sloppy and splice it to a speaker but that would only recive the bass from that speaker as well as the other frequencies. if the monsoon system has a seperate section it can be done nicely just possibly alot of work

easy to do no problem since the bazooka has a built in amp and crossover and is designed to work with ANY factory system off of the speaker wires

im running my amp and subs off of the factory deck. not the good one either i dont think.
