NEVER use Auto Parts Warehouse AKA Auto Parts Web Solution AKA All OEM Parts. I purchased a drivers side Catalytic converter from them back in Feb. I found it on ebay well i called in to their 800 number and the guy said it would be faster to purchase it over the phone so i did. Well the $155 listed on ebay now cost me $177...WTF...so i refused shippment from DHL on that order and filed a fraud suit on that to get my money back ASAP. So then i purchased it on ebay and got the part, well it didnt fit and so i returned the part (back end of Feb) they said it would take 4-6 weeks for order processing to get the return of funds...fine. 2 months(May) later i call in wheres my money, sir you will have to call customer service right now they are closed...called back later yes sir you order has been processed call back tomorrow for processing status...called back next day...sir your refund was made on first week in april you will need to contract yoru bank for the funds...called the bank no such transaction...called back to APW and they say that its the bank...NO MONEY...YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE!!!!

At least you got the part. i ordered a gas tank for my son's Caddy. After waiting about 3 months (numerous promises of delivery) I finally canceled the order. The good thing is they refunded my money no questions. Kind of had to paid through ebay paypal.

I ordered two 180 degree thermostats for my fbody in May.
June I called asking where it was - they said Fedex lost it and they would resend another one.
July I called again - Fedex lost it.
August I called again - They had no record of the order so I forwarded them the confirmation from email.
September I called - They said they recieved no payment so I forwarded my receipt and they complained that I paid in May (Duh).
October I called more than mildly upset asking for a refund and they said they would look into it.
November it arrived with paperwork from May.
They arent the sharpest tool in the box.
