so i got a buddy who has a 95 formy just like my former 94 and he keeps ragging and ragging me to "go run them" so we go to the local 1/4 mile stretch agree to go on 3 i count off 1...2...and there he goes he gets the jump by bout half a car and thats where he stays bout 1/2 to 3/4 car length ahead he cheated had we been on the strip he would have red lighted. but thats ok he knows i didn't give it all i had since he jumped so now no more ragging blink.gif so would this really count as a loss?
Tyler
Not to me it dont.
SiberianFirestorm
Would it count as a loss on the track? No. Therefore you are cool.

Dan95, I don't know about by you, but by me if you jump the count (whether by hand signals, horn beeps, etc) you lose from the start even if you win at the end since you broke the start rule, and it doesn't matter if it's a race for fun or money.

So Charm, around me the win would have been yours, not his. cool.gif

Have to agree with Sue on this. Always been taught that "Cheaters Never Win" smile.gif

nah! It's not a race unless it's a fair match up. Remember, the goal is to find out which car is faster, not which driver can cheat better! smile.gif
