New best time ! Ran at luskville dragway last night and im a pretty happy boy .
1.72 60ft
8.1 1/4 @ 83.2
12.93 @ 104.199
It was the last run of the night i got the win over a 3rd gen camaro that was running high 12's low 13's.

Thanks guys , i was going nuts when i rolled into the pit and my wife ,kids and friends were all giving me the thumbs up .. i couldnt beleive it. The car did not spin an inch with the new slicks. :cool: I have it on video but dont think i can post it on here.

What times are you running in the 1/4 with the 99 Sue ? Not sure ive seen you post them ... im guessing FAST ! :cool:

As for what the 99 runs in the 1/4, I'm not really sure. The last time I had it at the track was last year shortly after I had it tuned and then halfway down the track I blew up the 10 bolt and had to shut the run down, so really it was more of an 1/8 mile run and an 1/8 mile coast. :laugh: But that night the 99 ran 12.78 @ 108 coasting almost half the way down the track. Not bad for a cam only car but I do wonder what she'll run the whole 1/4 mile after I get the 12 bolt in her.

No Gary, I ran 108 in a 1/4 not an 1/8. I was only on the gas for an 1/8 and coasting the other 1/8 cause the rear end went. Sorry to confuse you.

Oh sorry ... i just thought that if you coasted the last 1/8th of the track you must have bin going 108 in the first 1/8 th ....... ANNNYWAY ... lol ... thanks again Sue you were always very supportive. :wink:

Hey doug thanks bud , i have a few more small things i want to do this year but big mods will have to hold till the spring. Cooler weather alone should bring my times down a tenth or 2 .
