Wish I could go since it's been a couple of years since I've been to BG but I will get there again - someday.

I've never been to BG, but would love to take 'museum delivery' of a corvette there! smile.gif Maybe someday...

You guys Ill make sure to take a lot of pictures.

I am not even packed yet, but I did buy some of the essentials... 3 1.75 Jagers, and 3 1.75 bottles of Grey Goose. Other people are bringing other things, and theres plenty of liquor stores there.

I cant believe Im actually driving my car there. In the 5 days Ill put on 1000 miles... thats more than I have driven all of this year!!!!!!!

I deffinitely approve of the Grey... Buyt since you have the Jager... why not also bring 3 four-packs of Red Bull for Jager-Bombs! biggrin.gif That'll definitely get things kicked off right!

Man, Wed night I was completely trashed. The rest of the week I took it a little easier.

It was an awesome event. There was an office chair race hosted by Scott Settlemire, and the winner would get a ride in the Sonoco Camaro. Yes, I did get that on tape.

I had some sort of a problem with my steering, but that did not keep me from driving 145 mph on the highway once in Bowling Green.

I was told that the attendance for this event keeps getting smaller and smaller. With that being said, there was about 100 cars, if that! So next year Scott suggested we meet in mid August in Detroit at the Heritage Center, or something along those lines.

Just wanted to say thanks to Scott for everything this weekend. Ill definatly be back next year.
SassySue09
Yea I heard that the attendance was really down this year even more then last year. I think part of the problem is that for the past 2 years it's been held on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday rather then Friday, Saturday & Sunday like it used to be. Not many people can take off work on both a Thursday & Friday or if they've got kids who want to pull their kids out of school for two days.

So did you take any pics Greg?

BTW Greg, my friend Nick loves how your car sounds.

Sue - THAT sounds a little Funny

Detroit?!?

Going the wrong way for me to be able to participate wacko.gif

I was going to try this year but work had me taking a corrosion class instead
darn work - always gettin in the way
SassySue09
How does that sound funny? huh.gif He told me last night that he loves how the cars' exhaust sounds.
scrmnws6
Which one is Nick? I'd would've loved to meet new people.

I took something like 200 pictures and about 45 minutes of video. The pictures Ill post up tonight, and the video...well, that will take some more time.

We're hoping that in 2007 the event will be in Detroit. We're hoping for a bigger turnout there as it may draw people to the Heritage Center where GM has all their cool vehicles. Ill be there definatly.
SassySue09
Nick has an ultra blue '91 Z28 convertible with Missouri plates that read Blu Zee.
scrmnws6
Aaaah... I've met him then. Him and his friends were chillin' by our hotel, and not drinking of course.
