What I'll be using:
(Free)2 Sheets of Sheet Metal
(Free)1 Can of Black Spray Paint
(Free)2 Squares of PlexiGlass
(Free)Heat Gun
(Borrowed)My Friends V6 Firebird (To bend the Plexiglass)
($33)2 Sylvania "CoolBlue" Sealed Headlamps
I plan on forming a "pan" with the Sheet Metal and then spray painting it black to match my cars stock color, I'll then cut out a 4"x6" square hole and mount the Sylvania Headlamp in it. Each pan will be mounted into the slot where my old flip ups were. I will then have to cut down about 3 inches into the Bumper cover so the lights are able to hit the road and not just illuminate the inside of my bumper cover
Eventually they will be "Blacked Out" so you won't even be able to tell they're Fixed
I plan on doing this today so I'll most likely Post Pictures of the Final Product later.
And for those who don't know, this is the look I'm going for:

Except I'll be using a single sealed beam instead of seperate High and Low Lamps.
