Well, the bird is painted now. Shiny black. No graphics for now. No car trailer - that we've been trying to get for oh, 6 or 8 weeks now we've been promised. My brother's car trailer has been "borrowed" and nobody seems to know where it is, not that it's in any shape to pull my baby on an 11 hour drive. grrrrr.

I'm wanting an aluminum car trailer but will probably end up with a steel one.

From the sounds of it it looks like we all need to save up some money so we can all go next year and the following year since those two might be the last two years.

Formyla, that's right, when you came to T/A Nats Katrina tried to blow and wash everything away down there didn't she? I'd still try to come next year if I were you, I don't think something like that could happen twice to you.

There's really nothing else terribly attractive about riding out to Ohio in the dead of August other than the cars (and the people of course!). I would love to make it to the STARS show sometime, but unfortunately it falls in the busy part of our season.

No truck yet, still draggin my butt, holding out for the better deal. I want to get a true invoice deal and I think the dealership in town is trying to charge me too much.
One of my customers works for a chevy dealership. I may just deal through them, even though they're 1 1/2 hours away.

Been a fast busy summer, not much time for car shows and posting. Our son son married on Aug. 4th.
We were busy with wedding stuff ALL Summer.

Thinking about the nats just have to make time
