this was my first time at the track and my car is pretty much stock with 127000 miles on it, all i have done to it is cold air intake, stage 3 shift kit, 2400 stall converter, 3 1/2" exhaust with edllbrock catback, and no cat.
My best run at gainesville raceway was
60'... 1.979
330... 5.769
1/8... 9.991
mph... 78.91
1000... 11..585
1/4... 12.870
mph...100.28
give me your feed back let me know what you think, what do you think my next mod i should invest in?

Not bad!
I would have thought you would be doing 106 to 108 at 12.87 cause thats what my Formie does.
Must be the atmosphere or something.
Heres a similar:
R/T... .099
60'...1.913
330... 5.391
1/8... 8.246
MPH... 85.57
1000... 10.730
1/4... 12.822
MPH... 107.8

What year is your car?
For an LT1 car those are some good numbers, but if it's an LS1 car, Formyla is right, the MPH is off for it's 1/4 mile time. But either way, nice numbers.

I was gonna make a thread about this- anyone take their numbers from a G-Tech? I know they're not as accurate, but I'm gonna dig mine out and see what numbers it makes.

now that makes more sense. I couldn't figure out that 1/8 mile time and then a 12.8 1/4 mile at only 100
but yea that doesn't sound too far off. there might be a little more in there, maybe you can knock that 60' down a little.

At the track I ran a best of 13.48 @ 104.9 mph. With my G tech I ran a 13.47 @ 110 mph. The et is very close but it's always 5 mph to fast.

Ok, that makes more sense then. For an LT1 car with those mods those are some good times.
As far as mods go, what gear ratio is in your car or don't you know? But if it was me, I'd do headers and gears.

I currently have 4.10's in it, i was thinkin maybe 3.73's would but a little better, and i have a set of pacesetter headers sittnin at the house, but i havent had the time to put them on yet, what do you think the easiest way to put a set of headers on is?

Yea for an auto usually 3.73s are a better choice. 4.10s are usually too much gear for an auto.
As for the headers and the easiest way to put them on, well.....you need jack stands that you can get up really high so you have enough clearance under the car to move the headers around, some extra hands to help you wrangle them into place

, at least a full day to work, some good refreshments

, lots of bandaids, and warnings to the neighbors to keep all small children and animals inside while your working cause you'll probably end up throwing things when you get frustrated

and saying things

that little kids and small pets shouldn't see or hear.

+1 for 3.73's and headers. I don't actually have them on my car (yet) but those are the next mods on the list. Best bang for buck, definitely the gears. Leave the 4.10's for the 6 speeds.
As for the headers, all i hear is that they are a reeeeeaaaaal pain to put in. Some exhaust shops here in VA wont even install them because they are such a pain. Not trying to scare you, but just be prepared.

I've run into that here, but if you have a Monroe Muffler near you, they can do it in under 4.5 hours. Pretty good time- they've done some work for me and only charged an hour for taking off the driver's side header and putting a fresh gasket in.

Cool on the new numbers. Those look great for the little that is done to your car.
Are those runs on street tires? If so, the next thing I'd get is a set of drag radials to help with any traction issues you might be having and to also help the car get a bit better bite at the track. I know when I run my 97 with street tires and then put on my Nitto DRs the times go down by a 1/10th or 2.
But you've learned something about our cars - they love the cooler weather and just love to run in it.
