I have a auto 97 formula. I was just wondering what times i should run quarter mile and 1/8. I don't know if my car is stock or not since i bought it new. Thanks
Tyler
I had a 93 (auto) that was stock except for a muffler. On a hot day it ran a 14.52. My 97 stock (6M) ran a 14.33 on a cooler but still warm day. Some run a little slower and some can get around a 14 flat.

14.0 give or take a tenth or two would be about what I'd expect. Could be faster, could be slower, only one way to find out cool.gif

Guys I think y'all are talking about the 1/4 - he was wondering about the 1/8th smile.gif

Actually he was asking about both 1/4 and 1/8th times.

On an 1/8th mile you should run approximately 9.0 +/- and like they said on a 1/4 mile you should run approximately 14.0 +/-.

Or if you want an EXACT number, take it out to the track and find out gears.gif

I can vouch for the 14.0 mark with intake/exhaust.
