well this past sunday I did a lil mod to my MTI lid. I really didnt like the results with teh 6" non strobing neon. Ive read alot about rev limiters hooked up to Neons tho. I already had a sound/vibration sensitive 12" neon that I never really used so I decided to put it to good use. here is my RE-mod!
