Anyone know if a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold will fit in a 78 Formula with an Olds 403? The edelbrock website says it won't fit under a T/A shaker hood, but I don't have a shaker hood, I have the original 78 Formula hood. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

That should fit fine. The worst case senario would be you'll need to buy a low clearance breather.
