I'm very familiar with all three of these exhausts, and have had 2 of them on my cars. On my 95 i had the Dual-Dual w/ double resonators right before the tips...they were the top of the line upgrade from SLP exhausts on the Camaro SS's in 1997. On my LT1 it sounded really nice! It was a bit louder than stock at idle, and the idle was quite a bit deeper. But at WOT it was definitely louder and much more aggressive, yet still refine.
The SLP Loudmouth I i have on my T/A now...and let me tell you it's by far the loudest exhaust system i have yet to come across. At idle it's pretty loud, and at WOT the thing will shatter windows of cars you pass. It sounds pretty good, doesn't really have any refinement to it though. Just loud muscle...if that's what you like, such as me!
The SLP Loudmouth II is the same exact setup as the Loudmouth I, just the resonator is a bit wider in diameter and it's ceramic coated. Basically the sound difference is much more quiet than the Loudmouth I. And it does sound a bit more refine. I'm considering swapping out my Loudmouth I resonator with something different since i'm putting on my Longtubes tomorrow.

I don't need it to be insanely loud.
The best thing about the Loudmouth setup is that you can swap the resonators out in about 20 minutes. You can interchange the Loudmouth I, Loudmouth II, the Dynomax Bullet, and the Borla XR-1 (what i'm considering swapping for).
FYI i love SLP Exhausts.
Oh on a side note, i was just on the SLP website today and they are introducing a new exhaust sytem. The SLP Powerflo. They've got a soundclip on there if anybody wants to check it out. Sounds pretty good to me, i may consider swapping my exhaust for this one later down the road!
