I just purchased a 1978 formula and am not sure how to approach what I want to do-restore or hot rod ? I do not want to ruin something that might be a true hard to find. I believe it to b original 37,000 mile car due to condition of the interior, and that it was sitting for the last ten years under cover in California. I do not know what to look for exactly or where to get the information I need.
It is a 4 speed with what I believe to be a 305 small block.
Any info would be helpful.
Thanks,
Ken

Is there anyway you can get some pics of your car (interior, exterior, engine bay, etc.) and post them up here? If you can we should be able to tell you what would be the best thing to do (either restore or hot rod) and possibly tell you how much it's worth just the way it sits now and how much it might cost you to restore it vs hot rodding it out. It's just without seeing what all needs to be done or how much needs to be done and without knowing exactly what condition the car is in it's hard to tell you which way to go.
