so i just put headers on, i have a sutout, and everything is great...except for the fact that just recently my muffler is rattling like beans in a tin can...or something like that...but anyway, did i destroy the insides? it is stock and 11 years old now, should i replace to stock or maybe upgrade? i was lookin at a hooker super flow for only like 80 on summit...any suggestions under a 200 limit? and is that my problem?

Sounds like it is bad, usually that is a good sign it is done. Any aftermarket muffler will flow better than stock. Flowmaster is a bit restrictive, but better.

I agree, it sounds like your muffler has bit the dust on you. Unless of course even with the headers you still have cats on your car. If so it could be the cats, when they go they sound the same way.
But if you look around on the different sites like Thunder Racing, Summit, Jegs, etc. you'll be able to find alot of good mufflers out there for a decent price. And I also agree, Flowmaster is better then stock but restictive so I'd go with something besides that.
