Posted earlier about possibly it being my tranny that is making a clinking noise, tested it with a buddy, and the noise is coming from the rear end..everytime i accelerate or put it into drive or reverse, it makes a clinking noise? any help would be great!

To me that sounds like either the driveshaft or something with the u-joint. You should be barely able to move either one of those with your hands and neither one of them should be able to be moved side to side or up/down especially where the driveshaft meets the u-joint.
