Does it tend to happen on acceleration as well? Do you have the stock trans mount? Is it under hard braking?

there is no noise under acceleration i have a polly trans mount and it happens under any kind of braking

Check your calipers and rotors. I have seen these items clunk under braking.

Could be u-joints going bad. Reach under and try to turn the shaft, if it turns much more than a hair they need to be replaced. I've heard that pinion angle can cause that too, but if you haven't made any changes lately that not likely to be the issue.
