Wow guys. Figure I should warn you about FBODYMOTORSPORTS.COM now called YOUNGSFBODY.COM I cant buy anything without a problem it seems, even with recommendations for good suppliers. Will make long story short. On the headliner. Ordered July 2007, FBODY....com having supplier problems, back ordered. Nov 2007 I call them. Dec 2007 I call again, I get a headliner in Jan 2008. Their supplier sent me a T-TOP when the order said HARDTOP. Called again. 1 week later received HARDTOP headliner. Sunvisor and seatbelt cut outs look like they were done by a 3rd grader with a hobby knife, nothing fit or lined up. I install it making appropriate cuts. Center sagged 2 inches because of heavy plastic backing, i bought adhesive but didnt install (good thing) Looked good. Now, September 2008, 9 months later, the blasted headliner is starting to come down in the t-top sectionals. At least the OEM lasted me 12 years. I ask for help from YOUNGSFBODY.COM but basically was told "SORRY CHARLIE". What a waste of censor.gif money and I am not a rich guy. Its not my fault their supplier from California is horrible.........what am I supposed to do now? Guess I am gonna eat it.....$175.00 + $50.00 for shipping. Guess I should get my stapler back out, dont want to mess with taking apart and regluing, never attempted.....GO OEM GUYS! I should have gone to the dealer, was the same price and it would not have sagged at the center. censor.gif censor.gif censor.gif

Sept 26, 4 days after later, youngsfbody got back to me. Their warranty period is 15 days. Way to stand behind the products guys!

Sorry that you had a bad time. I would be tempted to try a spay on bed liner instead. Then you can paint it any color you want.

When Roy still owned FBody Motorsports and before his divorce FBody was a good place to get stuff for our cars but after things started happening with his divorce they started to go downhill. After he sold it to Youngs and they've taken it fully over it went to heck in a hand basket to say the least and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they were really desperate and had tried everyone (and I mean everyone) else.

But when you got the headliner there should have been a piece of paper with it that stated who the actual manufacturer of it was since FBody/Youngs would just be the middleman with it. If you still have that paper or can find out who actually made the headliner I'd write to them, explain what's happening and see what they can do for you. They might not be able to do anything but it would be worth a shot to find out.

Hey SS. Will keep looking for anymore paperwork, so far only found the incorrect T-Top invoice then the Hardtop invoice, both say from "F-BODY M...., PO BOX....Long Beach, CA". Yesterday customer support said I was "well beyond" my warranty period (really...). Either buy another one which will come from the same 3rd party vendor (wow they are dumb) or glue it myself. I also have to compliment customer support, when I ask them what the return policy is after owning the product for 9 months, the reply was............yup, nothing. No replies. Very juvenile. And I told them so, with no reply of course, not that they care. Without conflict, I would never have any fun! Keeps it interesting. smile.gif

Wow... you actually GOT your headliner?? I ordered mine Feb. 1 2008 and never got it. Kept getting the "Calif. supplier is running behind" excuse. I even cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which has never come. I keep getting the runaround when I call. Contacted the BBB on them. They got nowhere as well. I am going to file a long overdue claim with my CC company.

Fbodymotorsports which use to be third gen resources got banned from being a sponsor over at third gen.org. there are mutiple threads about Fbody and now youngs from folks getting screwed.
HAWKS and modern day muscle are 2 sources that have a good rep.
