Took the 95 down to the track tonight. I ran a 14.1 last year right after I bought it. Since I've put in a heavy duty tranny, a CAI, and wider tires(which are now bald...oops)...tonight I ran a 13.6 at 104mph, with a reaction time of 1.16 seconds...not too shabby for internally stock! If I had some drag radials and a better R/T i bet I could get into the lower 13's (high 12's dare I wish?) anyway, after my 4 runs, I met up with my buddy who had run his 94 trans am. They announced the burnout contest, and we both looked at each other. However, neither of us had money for new tires...so we improvized...we both had spare tires...and, well, watch the video...(excuse the little bit of language in there)

and yes...he won...sadly

Thats alot of smoke smile.gif Hopefully no one had a flat going home.

Improving your reaction time wont make your e.t. any better. Thats the time it takes from when the green light comes on until your tire moves out of the starting light beam. The clock does not start until your tire moves out of the beam.

One heck of a burn out. I bet he had fun pulling the rubber boogers from the wheelwells.

actually we had to get 3 people to lift the car to get a jack under the car after the tires popped...(the one that didnt explode went flat immediately after)...we just threw them in the back of my buddy's silverado, theyre still there haha...and there wasnt many "boogers", mostly wires haha...
