So I have actually had these things on for a little while now, but I have been waiting for a decent day to wash the car and get some pics. It's been raining all week long, and today it finally stopped so i went ahead and washed her up. It was VERY overcast so the pics came out a bit ugly, and the paint and new stripes look very dull, but really they aren't. Also, I spent a few hours polishing up the TTII's with my new Mother's Powerball. By the way, that thing works WONDERS, i wouldn't mind marrying it. Haha only kidding biggrin.gif . Time for the pics:

I wish it was a nicer day for shooting pics, but these will give you the idea. I hate how the stripes look so dull it drives me nuts....

NICE! I really like the stripe, adds sooo much. It also looks nice with the dark (cant tell if theyre tinted or not cuz of the light) windows.

I wonder wat a white stripe would look like? But the black looks very nice.

My girlfriend is talking about getting me a ram air setup for my bird for my birthday, If she did,I know Id get the blackbird stripe right away in silver!

Looks Great !

The nice thing about those stripes is that they add just the right amount of accent without going overboard. And thats why I did mine aswell.

Ditto. Looks Tight dude, still same ol' lug nuts

Thanks guys, I am very pleased with the overall appearance now, the only thing left on my "to do" list is the CETA mod on the rear bumper. Yes, the windows are tinted. They used to be tinted at 5% limo tint all the way around, but i got pulled over a few too many times for it so now i have it at 35% (still illegal) but less noticable. 5% tint is still on the rear hatch though. And yes, i still have the same lugs. I actually bought some chrome ones but they didn't fit the way i wanted them too, so i brought them back. I'm gonna order SLP's chrome lugs and covers, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Stripes look killer man. They accent the ram air nostrills, but are not overkill. Wish I had the ram air on mine. They make the car look a lot more menacing.
MasterTomos
did u get them from ws6 store?

Do you mean the stripes or the chrome lug nuts? If it's the stripes, no I got those at fourthcircledesigns.com I got the chrome lugs at AdvanceAuto's, they told me that they would fit my car perfectly but the only problem was that the lugs had sort of "built on" caps so they couldn't screw on far enough onto the stud. They stuck way out. The ones from SLP I am going to order from WS6store.
MasterTomos
I meant the stripes and I said ws6store, but I meant 4th circle oops sad.gif

I know what you mean about those caps on the lug nuts, obnoxious arent they?
Freshbake
Very obnoxious, especially when the guy behind the counter told me that they would fit no problem. banghead.gif
MasterTomos
Yea, theres a few kinds of lug nuts that are a pain to deal with in the Tire and Lube Express at Wally...especially when people come in with locking lug nuts and have no idea where the key is and they get pissed when we cant get thei wheels off....

whos honestly ging to see your stock malibu rims and want to steal them anyway?

johnniereb
on the theft part...i grew up around guys that, throughout their life, would steal wheels and tires off of cars for drug money. 40 bucks a wheel or somethin stupid. and those wheels look pretty good. what size are they? and personally...if you can get like a black chrome lug nut set i think they'd look pretty kill.
Freshbake
WOW some people are just plain old stupid. First off, if you are going to steal rims, at LEAST sell them for a decent amount hahaha!! Druggies....*sigh*.
As for the rims, they are 17x9.5's.
johnniereb
eh. they were small time crooks. the "quality" of the wheels was usually just some stockers with hubcaps. and not bad rim size.
SassySue09
Looking good there Ryan!
