I've been reading bits and pieces on Weapon R for about 2 years now. I know they don't make products for our cars...but I was wondering if anyone has ever used this on another vehicle. I'd like to have a custom intake...and their site allows for that. You send them a message with what all parts you need, and so many pictures to accurately show the stock intake. I guess they literally assemble or at least blueprint an intake for you. The secret weapon intakes they use are supposed to be somethin special...but over the net reviews often don't amount to the info that is needed to make a good decision. But then again I'm so tired of looking at the same K&N setup for my car that I'm about ready to throw the dice and just try it. Opinons and experience with these would be appreciated though. So...if you know much about these or have used one...I'd like to know.

Well buddy I hate to burst ur bubble, but they kinda look like the intake tubing you get frm Autozone or Kragen. Sorry. The only kool thing bout their systems is the actual filters. IMO K&N have the best tube. I know there's some on here that would say that the stock system is just as good. Disagree. Dyno results do show a jump. But you can go with it if you want. I just don't like the idea of small metal pipes that would heat up faster. Hence why I went with K&N. But you can always play around. Mix and match, create summin new/unique. My buddy set up a short ram with a cold air in his MR2 with just stock and Autozone parts. I think all together he spent atleast under $120.

Not really much of a bubble to burst. I decided to go with K&N a few hours ago. Now to pay off my credit card so I can order it. Then pay that off again to order my borla exhaust lol.
