Me and my co-garage-renter got the birds out yesterday and did a full detail on them...then we proceded to drive them around town all day and show them off and take a few pics and videos.

Ill be making a dvd over the summer of me and my buddies messin around with our cars/bikes/trucks, so you guys can look forward to that as well...

but anyway, here's my back 1995 formula all shined up along with my buddy's 1995 metallic red Trans Am

I know, my car looks naked without tips, but I havent found anything I really want to spend money on yet...im bein too picky

also, these include better shots of my new 17 inch corvette ZR1 rims I put on last fall, and you can see them better than you could in the garage...and some sexy shot of the 315/35's in the rear...(thats over 12 inches wide for you folks who dont know yur tire numbers biggrin.gif) and no they are not slicks, I just need to get my drag radials mounted on...

enough talk, enjoy the pics.

Good lookin' Birds Tom, looks like ya got a lot of flat wide open cruisin roads out there too. biggrin.gif Hope the good weather holds Waiting till Good Friday to break mine out, still got some things to do to her.
MasterTomos
Yes sir, theres plenty of room to let the birds fly around here. Its just about perfect honestly, I cant think of a better layout than where I'm at. In town, there's plenty of head to turn as you cruise down mainstreet. A 20 minute drive south takes you to a 45 mph 8 lane (4 on either side) strip with tons of people and tons of cars on friday saturday nights and plenty of places to eat and hang out...a 10 minute drive south takes you to one of Iowa's best Drag Strips, the Cedar Falls Raceway. biggrin.gif

a 20 minute drive north takes you to absolutely nowhere, flat and straight as well as curvy roads, beautiful scenery, and of course, NO people.

everyone up north in the country is pretty much either a farmer or a meth cooker so nobody really cares if you do a little speedin'...biggrin.gif

a little bit of small town, a little bit of big city, and a little bit of country...perfect mix for anybody I think....

thanks for the compliments

Finally some pics of your car hahaha! It looks awesome man, it shows that you keep it clean! I love the big meaty tires haha, I wish my TTII's were 315's in the back even more now.
MasterTomos
I am really anal about keeping this thing clean...just driving it down the road gets it dirty tho, especially the back bumper/tailights...just a few miles around town ruins an exterior detail up close. banghead.gif Still looks good at a distance though...

Thanks for the compliments on the rims and tires...they definately transformed the way the car looks....now for some tips dry.gif

315/35's look sick on TA's too....It definately makes my more simplistic formula look more like the muscle car it is biggrin.gif, and the TAs look way good with them too...

Sharp birds!! You can see the red one reflect on your sig picture.

man the red bird sparkles like a 60's bowling ball because the previous owner put huge metallic flake in the paint...it looks like shiney fish food flakes...it looks way good in the pictures tho...but not all that great in real life (notice front lisence plates)... and he gets a lot of crap for the sparkles biggrin.gif

The interior is completely stripped out of the TA from the front seats back as well as the headliner...
He was going to sell it but the sale fell through so he's rebuilding the whole thing basically and he and I are doing most of the work...a great learning experience for the both of us smile.gif

If im to afraid to try something on my car, he said to just try it on his first lol...

what good friend...
Freshbake
haha yeah i dont know if i would like those flakes.

Ya know this is kinda random, but last week i also had a spring photoshoot with my buddy who has a black T/A. It just made me laugh cause you also had a red/black car photoshoot. I think i may post up some pics of it in a new thread haha...
