So I changed the fuel filter on the Bird today, ( first time 28,000 mi.). Wasn't bad at all, the worst thing is the gas running down your arm! I did discover that the filter bracket swivels 360 degrees to aid in replacement. Only dripped out about 12 ozs. with an 8th of a tank. After priming the pump, fired right up no leaks, lights or issues. biggrin.gif Dave.

I actually did this on my buddy's silverado yesterday, pretty easy stuff huh? I did mine on the bird last year too...it amazes me when I hear about people' cars not running right because the fuel filter is old/clogged up. It's just so easy.
