i recently purchased my 94 formula. couldn't be happier.

i bought it from an 18 year old kid that removed all the emblems and badges from the car. i've been searching for replacements but i'm unsure of the emblem on the nose cone. was this a decal, or even something that can be replaced without buying a new front bumper? thanks in advance and sorry for the crappy pics, my phone camera isn't so great.

It's easily replaced, may still be available from the dealer. Otherwise Classic Industries has them in their catalog. It's simply a peel and stick operation, just be sure to align it properly. I went with the same emblem after the nose on my '90 was replaced and I wanted something more than just the decal.
