Well, my Uncle/Godfather passed away last week, he left me his pride and joy.

THat's why I am here.

It is a 1974 Formula Firebird, what can be said about them? Is it a collectible?

This is what I know,It is in very good shape, been painted once, with the original blue.
400 ci
standard 4 speed? I think
Never had any rust on it
Very low miles

I am in the process of shipping it across canada, should have it here by the end of next week.

I know the pictures suck, but it is all I have at the moment.

Tyler
That will be a nice ride and a 4 speed will make it worth more. Can I have it?
SiberianFirestorm
It is worthless, I will take it if you really want me to. Tyler, you can borrow it from time to time.

I agree with Tyler. That is a nice car and starting to become rare, especially if it is a true numbers matching car.

Numbers all match, it has been driven only a few miles each year just because. I have never owned anything like this, but I am looking forward to getting it home and doing a safety on it so I can lisence it.

Thanks for having me guys.

I live in one hour north of Winnipeg. Thanks for the words of encouragement guys.

My car is in Medicine Hat Alberta. Should be here late tomorrow evening.

Well, here it is. 1975 Firebird Formula 400. 57,000 original miles 4 speed muncie with a Herst shifter, headers, edelbrock intake and Holley 750 4bbl carb, power windows, A/C, cruise, and some kind of a big tape player in the dash? This thing has scarry power. I love it. No rust anywhere! But it does need a paint job, that will be my winter project.

SiberianFirestorm
You have an 8 track player in it. That is the big tape player. Good luck finding any. LOL

Nice car. Take care of it and enjoy every minute.

There are a bunch of them in a box in the car, nothing current. lol And none of them are anything I listen to. Beatles, Joe Coker, best of the 50's. Any takers?

I would describe the sound like istening to a stereo through a garden hose.
