Ok how about this?

Sat Oct 17th 12:00 Meet and greet at Sonic, 275 Harbison Blvd Columbia, SC. (Mapquest it)
12:45 Cruise around lake Murray via Lexington and Prosperity (Lots of nice places for photo ops along the way) 70 mile cruise
3:00 Cook out- Burgers and Dogs (My place or Steves-if he gets permission)
5:30 Either say good-by or cruise out to Elgin 1/8 mile Dragway (Midlands)
7:00 Race or spectate
11:00 call it a night

If we get 25 paying admissions, Midlands dragway will let anyone with SCFBA run for FREE- Save $10.

The only drawback to midlands is that from the end of pavement to the park is .6 mile dirt road.(It is graded weekly)

Sorry to hear that Matt. We try very hard not to be cliquie. You're still welcome, you may have a great time in spite of them. I'd wouldn't let others ruin my fun. But I understand.

Wow! Wouldn't that be great??!! It would have to be rear wheel drive, of course. Lemme see...how could that be done without twisting that "ACE" body structure into a pretzel? No doubt about it, the car will get a larger engine when the OEM squirrel cage blows up.

No chuck, it was not you.

Would be something if you did get an LS motor in there.
