well at the moment im driving a 94 formula that is pritty well stock, no mods to speak of but very well maintained. fresh battery plugs wires opti spark and rebuilt trans," i did add a b&m shift plus". im planning on the basics CAI, air foil, and exhaust and am trying to look ahead and get a game plan. is the lt4 hot cam a good cam? i live in cali so my options are limited, i drive it everyday so ya dont want anything real radical, just want to give it some lope and some more power. thanks

LT4 from what I've heard is a very good cam for the lt1. There are a bunch of early 4th gen owners on here that can tell you way more info on it than I can. Chime in guys! help him out. biggrin.gif Dave

It's a good cam for a daily driver when you don't want to get too crazy. But there are a lot of options when it come to cams for the LT1.

I have it in my car. It will soften the power off idle some and add some upper rpm pull. It has a nice lope but not to radical. I was hoping for a choppier idle but it still sounds sweet. Valve spring upgrade is a must with any non-stock performance cam.

ok so to do it right i need the cam, lifters, springs, and rockers? dose anyone offer a complete kit?
