All plugs were changed but its still not firing correctly. Whats the next step to fixing it?

How many miles are on the car? I would check and make sure the plug wires are securely fastened at both ends.

^ and they aren't arcing. Pop the hood at night and look for the light show.

...and if all that fails...start thinking about replacing that optispark.
