My first time to the track I went on my own. Just watched a few launches and figured the rest was basically hit the power mark. Should be fun let's go.

I get up on the line. Do my little wheel spin to clean 'em off. I get staged and hold at about 2500-3000. Off the line, speed shift for second. . . it would not go in to ANY gear. unsure.gif Now I am thinking, "Great, I jsut tore my new clutch out and I have to put a new one in." Then it started to grind a bit when I went to try some more. Mean while I am coming to a stop at the 60'. I let the RPM's die downa bit and it goes into 1st. Great! So I figure why not run it granny shifting to see if I can make it home. A little embarassing, but I still ran a 15.04 @ 96MPH (not 100%, time slips are at home and I am a little ways a way).

Made a few more runs trying new techniques on the shifting and getting used to the track. Did not push too hard since I was basically alone this time.

My question is, what happened that I could not go into any gear? I have the CAGS disabled. I am preatty sure I hit the rev limiter since I did not remove my foot from the gas. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Matt
