I totaled my formula, and am going to be starting a hot rod build up.
If it's a 350 I want to stroke it out myself so only dirt cheap engines that are ready for a rebuild.
If it's an older engine, it must be a Big Block Poncho. I want to inject it and build it up.
I'm wanting a computer controlled engine, to slap in a bird.
I'm in arkansas.
If you see an engine and think of me... Post it here.
I would even consider buying a whole bird if it has an engine for build-up like I'm looking for.
It's gotta be insanely cheap though. Since I'm sitting on my money, I'll wait for the great deal to pop up.

Yea, I found Dime_bird in the local paper. I wanted a bird with a manual shift and he had it. My eyes were a little bigger than my pocket book. I had to put a vehicle back in the driveway quick, and I found an extended cab silverado for $2000 and I picked it up. That left me looking for something a little cheaper.
Dimek_bird, your a class act A+ kind of guy and I really hope you sell your car.
Your friends $1000 ride is a little closer to my price range right now. Hook me up with his contact info...
P.S. - I found a running 350 TBI for $82 !!!!! I think I'm going to pick it up too.

I have a 1976 400 engine that I am looking to get rid of. It has all the parts except for valve covers. I turned the crank so it's not locked up but it will need to be rebuilt. The heads are 6x and the numbers indicate that it came out of a 'B' body (not sure what). If your interested I'll sell it for 100.00 to get you started again.

Hopefully he's found what he was looking for by now since the original post is over 3 years old.
