ok, so I have a pretty modded 94 formula 6spd. granted my tires have about 30% wear left on them, but i can still drive the 1/4 pretty well. i can launch fairly well and hit all my shifts solidly. with that said, i race a track in bithlo, FL. The track is one of the worst out there, or so i hear. best run there was a 13.7 @ 103.5 mph. Now, my dad just got an '03 camaro SS. It is completely stock. He runs at Rockingham which is one of the fastest tracks in the southeast. He ran a 13.1@103.2 mph. (It's an auto). Seems to be a HUGE difference timewise between tracks, doesnt it? humidity/weather/climate all about the same on the days that we raced our respective tracks...figure I'd throw this out there.

You mean 02 ss? There are no 03's... But yeah sometimes tracks do make a difference. You also have to think. He has an LS1, you have an LT1. Get som better suspension and tires. So you can hook better. Also, whats the altitude of the two tracks?? Altitude plays a part also.
